BE INNOVA represents a reference point for cybersecurity at regional and national level (appointed as IBM Service Center in 2019), supporting the security and risk management through experience and expertise of our specialized teams.

The SOC operates in a way to promptly and predictively detect threats, that can compromise business continuity, assets, information security and identifying the necessary countermeasures to apply.
The SOC provides 24/7/365 Security Monitoring, Threat Intelligence, Hunting & Detection, Deep/Dark Web Analysis & Investigation and Incident Response Team. The Monitoring Operations Center is a 24/7/365 control room for monitoring, in real time, the operations and performance of the Customer's IT infrastructure (Network/Data Center/Applications) through System & Network Monitoring and Event Management.
The Network Operations Center is a place where main functions of the Customer's network infrastructure is managed through constant 24/7/365 monitoring in order to optimize performance, prevent disservices, anticipate requests from tech support and reduce recovery times in case of a malfunction.
